Slow service is not really a huge problem as long as the overall experience is good. Now this place just epic failed. The place was busy, but not packed with people waiting. The food presentation was good, but the taste was mediocre. Service was just blah… I have been to places where slow service was a problem, but the restaurant would make up for it (i.e. free drinks). The only thing we got from this place was attitude and bill tagged with mandatory tip which was no deserved.

things have to change for the better or for the worst to get better. change can either be quick or be a slow and enduring process. you can either change with it or be left behind.
